When you’re told, “make sure your child stays hydrated” it can feel overwhelming 😕 So here are some specific, practical tips to help you hydrate 🚰 your kids like a pro! 👉️ NOTE: if you are worried about your child’s hydration, please call your pediatrician first. These volumes are just guidelines, and may need to be adjusted based on what is going on clinically. Especially for young infants, or those with underlying health issues, dehydration can set in fast and be serious.
